Policy

Service Scope

This page explains what is included, what is separate, and what may be refused for safety, authorization, or platform-policy reasons.

Consultation scope

A consultation may include review, guidance, troubleshooting, recommendations, setup direction, and next steps for the chosen topic.

Support plan scope

Support plans apply to the selected monthly service description and current availability. A support plan does not automatically include unlimited requests, emergency response, full buildouts, third-party fees, or unrelated project work.

Buildout scope

Full website builds, custom bots, payment systems, streaming setups, PC builds, automations, or ongoing management require separate scope, pricing, timeline, and approval.

Out of scope

Third-party fees, paid software, ad spend, hardware, hosting, domains, platform approvals, legal or tax filings, emergency work, and unlimited revisions are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Access and authorization

Clients must confirm they are authorized to request work on any account, website, platform, device, server, payment account, or business system involved in the service.

Worker boundaries

Fly Ink Mack Consulting may pause or refuse unsafe, abusive, illegal, unauthorized, or platform-violating requests. This protects the client, the business, and any worker assigned to the service.
