• Once a consultation is booked or scheduled, it is non-refundable

No physical work, installations, repairs, or guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Appointments may be rescheduled at Fly Ink Mack’s sole discretion, subject to availability.

• Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds or credits.

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation is considered service rendered, as time was reserved exclusively for the customer.

No Guarantees or Performance Promises

FlyInkMack provides professional guidance and recommendations, not guaranteed results.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outcomes may vary based on hardware, software, networks, third-party services, and user actions

• No guarantees of performance, earnings, compatibility, or specific results are made

• All decisions made based on consultation advice are the sole responsibility of the customer

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing checkout, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes for services purchased

• That unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of this policy

• That Fly Ink Mack reserves the right to permanently refuse future services to customers who initiate disputes after agreeing to these terms
